Independent Living Specialists Pty is seeking a Casual Showroom Assistant for the Hornsby showroom. You will engage customers, answer questions, and promote a range of assistive technology products from mobility scooters to home care beds.

The role includes processing quotes, orders, and hire contracts, with the aim of increasing store exposure and community engagement. Hours are approximately 15–30 per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

• Process quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
• Follow WHS requirements at showroom level.

ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 showrooms and over 800+ team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.

A unique opportunity exists for a drivenCasual Showroom Assistantat our Hornsby Showroom.

Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales. Initially, this would be for approximately 15 - 30 Hours per week. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9:0 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from the ILS Group.
• Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
• Providinginformation to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more…
• Processing quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
• Following all WHS requirements at a showroom level.
