Job summary

SEQUAL Ltd is seeking a casual Rostering Officer in Strathpine, Queensland. The role focuses on supporting the Rostering team during peak periods and leaves, with hours from early morning to afternoon across weekdays and Saturday shifts.

The position demands adaptability to cover periods of leave, strong admin skills, and experience in rostering/scheduling within the community or disability sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Casual Rostering Officer with experience in rostering or scheduling.
• Experience in the community sector/disability/aged care preferred.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work across mornings/afternoons and cover leave.
• Right to work in Australia; NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective rostering services and leave coverage in a timely manner to SEQUAL frontline workforce.
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and client needs.
• Assisting with rostering administration.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding client and roster changes as required.
