Independent Living Specialists invites a motivated Casual Showroom Assistant to join our Caringbah, NSW showroom. You will engage with customers, provide product information across mobility and home care ranges, and support quotes, orders, and hire contracts.

The role offers variable hours (15–25 per week) in a customer-centric retail environment. We value a professional, well-presented approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to build relationships within the community.

A unique opportunity exists for a drivenCasual Showroom Assistantat our Caringbah, NSW Showroom.

Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales. Initially, this would be for approximately 15 - 25 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available
• Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
• Providinginformation to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more…
• Processing quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
• Following all WHS requirements at a showroom level.
