Casual shifts are offered Monday to Friday with comprehensive training provided. The position includes a pay rate starting at $36.41/hour, rising to $38.92/hour after 3 months, with ongoing opportunities for growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cash handling is required.
• Ability to work in a busy post office and assist diverse customers.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service transactions.
• Manage high value transactions (cash, cheques, EFTPOS).
• Process identity services, including passport interviews.
• Upsell and promote products and services.
• Assist with mail and parcel lodgements and costs.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Assist with stocktaking and admin duties.
