Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Ability to handle high value transactions accurately.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service transactions with customers.
• Manage high value transactions accurately (cash, cheques, cards, EFTPOS).
• Conduct identity services transactions, including passport interviews.
• Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Assist customers with mail and parcels lodgments and related costs.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Assist with stocktaking and record maintenance.
