Job summary

Simplot Australia is seeking casual Production Operator personnel for our Bathurst facility. You will join the night shift, 11:00pm–7:00am, Monday to Friday, supporting production operations, inspection, equipment operation, and sanitation.

Base rate is AUD 41.95 per hour with 30% night-shift loading and overtime where applicable. Training and PPE are provided, with opportunities for base-rate increases under the national collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Must be available to commence in November 2026.
• Casual Production Operator role at Bathurst site.
• Experience in vegetable processing/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade incoming materials and operate fixed plant processing.
• Clean and sanitise production lines and follow GMP/food safety practices.
• Complete daily shift logs and operate forklifts if licensed.
• Support production operations and sanitation during the corn season.
