True Embrace in Sydney is seeking NDIS Disability Support Workers for Randwick and St George to assist two participants: a female teenager in Randwick and an older female in St George.

You'll help with daily routines, personal care and community activities, build skills toward independence, follow each participant's support plan, and write clear shift notes after every shift. Casual hours that fit your availability are offered, with kilometre reimbursement and ongoing training.

• Confident communicating with families and the wider support team.
• Reliable and consistent; participants count on seeing the same person.
