Job summary

True Embrace in Sydney is seeking NDIS Disability Support Workers for Randwick and St George to assist two participants: a female teenager in Randwick and an older female in St George.

You'll help with daily routines, personal care and community activities, build skills toward independence, follow each participant's support plan, and write clear shift notes after every shift. Casual hours that fit your availability are offered, with kilometre reimbursement and ongoing training.

The roles
We're looking for caring, reliable support workers for two participants:

Randwick area: Female Teenager Participant.

St George area: Older Female Participant.

What you'll do

Support participants with daily routines, personal care and community activities

Build skills and independence through everyday activities

Follow each participant's support plan and behaviour support strategies

Write clear shift notes after every shift

About you

Patient, calm and genuinely kind

Experience supporting people with disability

Confident communicating with families and the wider support team

Reliable and consistent, because our participants count on seeing the same person

Requirements

A valid NSW Working With Children Check (we verify every check with the Office of the Children's Guardian)

An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

Current First Aid and CPR

A full driver's licence and your own reliable, insured car

The NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Modules (free online), or willingness to complete it
