Cality Care is seeking casual NDIS support workers to join our team delivering in-home care in Ryde and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation while developing individualized support plans.

Ideal candidates have experience in aged care, disability or community services and possess strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to engage clients in social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services is advantageous.
• Students are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home care and support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Develop and implement individual support plans to meet each client's goals.
• Actively engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing and independence.
• Sleepover shifts in participant's home.
