Cality Care in Merrylands, NSW is seeking Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our in-home care team, helping clients live independently through daily living support, personal care, and community participation.

You will develop individual support plans, encourage social activities, and build trusting relationships with clients. Flexible hours, driver license and current checks required; students welcome; full training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a Driver's license and a reliable car.
• Current NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Paid Blue card or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
• Develop and implement individual support plans to meet client goals.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing and independence.
