Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team in Sydney’s Inner West. This casual, entry-level role involves spending time with clients to build connections and support independence.

Shifts span Monday to Sunday with longer hours, weekends, and overnights available. You’ll need a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, and be prepared to obtain an NDIS Worker Check.

Qualifications

• Requires current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one
• Availablity to work at least 10–15 hours per week, Mon–Sun
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support
• Ability to travel to participants’ homes

Responsibilities

• Provide disability support to participants in their homes and community
• Support individuals to live independently and engage in activities
• Assist with personal care, transport, and daily living tasks
• Support access to community activities and social interactions
