Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Mareeba, QLD is seeking a customer-focused team member to support in-store and over-the-phone service. You’ll handle stock, assist with product queries, process sales, and help keep the branch welcoming for customers and colleagues.

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
• Providing exceptional customer service and advice, assisting with product, pricing and sales enquiries both in-store and over the phone.
• Processing sales transactions and supporting day-to-day branch operations.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment for customers and team members.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks and unpacking stock.

What You’ll Do:
