Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited in Quilpie, QLD is seeking a Sales Support Merchandise & Livestock team member. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, and supporting merchandise and livestock needs on-site.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will handle product inquiries, orders, stock coordination, and administration to keep the rural branch running smoothly and help local producers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, livestock, agriculture or a related industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of rural products and livestock services
• Good computer and data entry skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to merchandise and livestock clients
• Assist customers with product enquiries, orders and account transactions
• Support livestock administration activities, including sale documentation and processing
• Coordinate stock receivals, inventory management and merchandising activities
• Assist with loading and unloading stock and maintaining branch presentation
• Provide administrative support to the livestock and merchandise teams
• Build strong relationships with local producers and suppliers
• Support branch operations and contribute to a positive team culture

What You'll Do:
