Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Katherine, NT is seeking a driven Casual Merchandise team member to provide sales and administration support for our agricultural clients.

You will handle general admin tasks, assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales via POS, and help with merchandise campaigns and safe branch operation, including loading and unloading orders.

What You’ll Do:

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods

What You’ll Bring:

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Forklift licence desirable
• Ability to maintain a clean presentable branch
