The Perth Bears are seeking a casual customer service representative to welcome fans, help with memberships, and answer ticketing enquiries in Western Australia. You will be a first point of contact for members and supporters, delivering friendly service across phone, email, and digital channels.

In this role you will assist with sales, renewals, account access, and campaign support, while keeping records accurate and helping grow the Bears community.

• Experience within memberships, ticketing, sport, entertainment, or events (desirable).
• Experience using CRM, membership, or ticketing platforms (desirable).
• Knowledge of rugby league or sporting membership programs (desirable).
