Job summary

The Perth Bears are seeking an organised, approachable People & Culture Advisor to support their growing team across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on HR professional role focuses on people administration, coordination and generalist development under the Head of People, Culture & Operations.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records and people systems, provide first level HR support to staff and leaders, and help shape the foundations of a new NRL club while learning

Working closely with the Head of People, Culture & Operations, you'll help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records, people systems and culture initiatives. You'll also provide practical first level support to employees and leaders, with guidance available for more complex matters. It's a varied role where you can learn quickly, build broad generalist experience and help shape the foundations of a new NRL club.
