Eagers Automotive in Brisbane is seeking a Casual Delivery Coordinator and Handover Specialist to manage end-to-end delivery for BYD vehicles. You will coordinate sign-up through to handover, communicate updates to guests, and support the dealership's delivery processes with a strong customer-service focus.

The role requires professional presentation, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in providing customer service excellence over the phone or in person.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated.

• Communicate regular updates to guests on the status of their order.
