Harmony Auto is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to support the final stage of the ownership journey. You will liaise with customers during the build and delivery process, manage bookings, and ensure showroom-ready vehicles with all documentation are prepared for handover.

The role requires strong customer service, coordination experience, and a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset. Experience with dealership systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pre-delivery to prepare showroom-ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation.
• Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign-off.
• Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well-paced delivery scheduling.
