Job summary

BYD Moorooka is expanding its team and has two Vehicle Handover Specialists positions available. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience during vehicle handovers, ensuring each handover is seamless, professional and memorable.

This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, with overtime opportunities. You will coordinate deliveries, schedule handover appointments, liaise with sales, service and admin teams, and ensure all paperwork and vehicle presentation are complete.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Handover Specialists, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring every vehicle handover is seamless, professional and memorable.
This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a weekday off while being available to support our busy weekend trading period, with overtime opportunities available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all aspects of vehicle deliveries

• Scheduling customer handover appointments

• Liaising with sales, service and administration teams
