EV Dealer Group in Queensland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise our retail partner operations for BYD Queensland. You will drive growth, oversee performance, and coordinate with partners to deliver superior customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into action. Aged in a dynamic EV environment, you will influence across dealerships and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a Sales Manager or senior leadership role in Automotive.
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with operational reporting, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong competency in digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly visits to all retail partner sites for performance review and benchmarking.
• Support dealers to meet KPIs through training and process improvements.
• Review weekly forecasts for partner sites to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support rollout of new dealership, service, and operational initiatives in Queensland.
• Review and support marketing activities to drive enquiry levels.
