Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning South Nowra is seeking a Casual Educator to support children across multiple local centres. You will contribute to learning programmes, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment while working with a supportive team.

Experience in early childhood and a valid NSW Working with Children Check are essential. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional development and career pathways.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification (awarded).
• NSW Working with Children Check required.
• Willing to travel between local services and work across multiple centres.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage and supervise the children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
