Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Rural View is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team. You will cover casual shifts Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, across our centre, with hourly pay between $42.88 and $48.29 plus casual loading and benefits.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll contribute to safe, inclusive learning experiences, support children, and collaborate with a friendly team. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to explore different centres while keeping the best interests of

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Flexible availability between Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
