Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to join our WA network. Work across centres with flexible shifts Monday to Friday, 6.00am–6.30pm, and select your hours and location within the Goodstart centres.

You will help drive quality learning experiences and safety for children, while travelling between local services as needed. Applicants should hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current WA Working with Children Check, with a willingness to travel between

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
