Job summary

Goodstart Ocean Reef is seeking a Casual Educator to join our friendly team. You will support our centres and children across shifts Monday to Friday, ensuring engaging learning experiences in a safe, inclusive environment.

We value flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to safety. You’ll thrive in a collaborative setting with opportunities to travel between local services and contribute to continuous improvement in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current WA Working with Children Check is required.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6.30am–6.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the educational program in the room and with the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and staff.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday

Pay: up to $48.29 p/h (based on experience) + super
