Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team across multiple centres in Grafton, NSW. You’ll be flexible, safety‑conscious and child‑centred, supporting the education program and supervising children as required.

You’ll travel between local services, work Mon–Fri with shifts from 6.30am to 6.30pm, and enjoy above‑award wages plus casual leave loading as part of a supportive team and strong resources.

Qualifications

• ACECQA‑approved early childhood qualification
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engage with and supervise the children at all times
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
