Hatch is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney CBD team. The role focuses on processing customer orders, managing the full order lifecycle, and responding to emails, with daily interaction across internal teams and warehouses.

The position offers an immediate start and onsite working arrangement. Key duties include handling SAP-based order processing, providing timely stock and shipment updates, and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within FMCG or similar sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Excellent communication and multi-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in SAP and manage order lifecycle.
• Respond to customer emails and provide order updates (stock, shipment).
• Liaise with warehouses, transport providers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up to resolve issues.
• Maintain high accuracy and data integrity across all transactions.

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and collaborative team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.

Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Representative

• Pay: $40 per hour + Super
• Hours: 8:00am-16:30pm Monday to Friday
• Temporary to permanent

Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, order lifecycle, responding to emails etc.

• Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
• Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
• Responding to customer enquiries via email
• Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
• Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
• Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
• Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
