Job summary

Auxus is seeking a friendly, proactive concierge to be the face of a premium commercial tower in Maroochydore. You’ll welcome tenants and visitors, build relationships, and set the tone for the lobby.

You’ll handle enquiries, bookings, and deliveries, log requests in the building portal, coordinate with management, cleaning, security, and contractors, and help run events. A professional presentation and strong customer service are essential, with training provided for first aid and emergency

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk and assist with inquiries.
• Manage tenant requests from first contact to resolution (bookings, deliveries, couriers, etc.).
• Log requests and bookings in the building portal and coordinate with management, cleaning, security, and contractors.
• Keep lobby and concierge desk presentation to premium standards.
• Provide building tours to new tenants and guests.
• Support events and activations to engage tenants.

Job Description

Primary Purpose

This role is the face of a premium commercial tower in the Maroochydore City Centre: you'll look after tenants and their visitors from the moment they walk into the lobby, build real relationships with the people who work there, and set the tone for how the building feels.

Snapshot of Your Day

• You'll greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk, help with enquiries and wayfinding, check in pre-registered visitors, and meet and escort VIPs
• You'll take ownership of tenant requests from the first ask through to resolution, from restaurant, taxi and transport bookings to couriers, deliveries, flowers, dry cleaning and umbrella loans
• You'll log tenant requests, work orders and loading dock bookings through the building portal, and liaise with building management, cleaning, security and contractors until issues are closed out
• You'll keep the lobby and the concierge desk presented to standard, and give building tours to new tenants and their guests
• You'll support building events and activations, so tenants know what's on and feel part of the community in the building

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You bring:

• Front-of-house experience in a premium environment. Hotel concierge or premium hospitality experience is highly regarded
• A genuine passion for customer service, and the warmth to build real relationships with the people who work in the building
• Energy and initiative: you spot what needs doing and get to it before anyone asks
• Confidence and discretion with high-profile tenants, their guests and busy professionals
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Intermediate MS Office, and enough comfort with building portals and visitor systems to sort out the small problems yourself
• First aid and emergency warden accreditation, or willingness to be trained. We provide the training
• Flexibility to pick up casual shifts as they come up
