Job summary

Auxus is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to be the face of a premium commercial tower in the Maroochydore City Centre. You'll greet tenants and visitors, answer enquiries, manage wayfinding, log requests and coordinate with building management to ensure smooth operations.

With a genuine passion for customer service, you’ll build real relationships with tenants and guests, maintain a welcoming lobby presence, and support events and activations. Casual shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in premium environments such as hotel concierge or premium hospitality.
• Strong customer service ethos with ability to build genuine relationships with building occupants and guests.
• Proactive, energetic attitude with initiative to identify and address needs.
• Ability to handle high-profile tenants with discretion and professionalism.
• High standard of personal presentation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk and assist with enquiries, wayfinding, and pre-registered visitor check-ins.
• Manage tenant requests from initial contact to resolution, including bookings for restaurants, taxis, couriers, deliveries, and concierge services.
• Log requests and liaise with building management, cleaning, security and contractors until issues are resolved.
• Keep lobby and desk area presented to a high standard and conduct building tours for new tenants and guests.
• Support building events and activations to keep tenants informed and engaged.

Primary Purpose

This role is the face of a premium commercial tower in the Maroochydore City Centre: you'll look after tenants and their visitors from the moment they walk into the lobby, build real relationships with the people who work there, and set the tone for how the building feels.

Snapshot of Your Day

• You'll greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk, help with enquiries and wayfinding, check in pre-registered visitors, and meet and escort VIPs
• You'll take ownership of tenant requests from the first ask through to resolution, from restaurant, taxi and transport bookings to couriers, deliveries, flowers, dry cleaning and umbrella loans
• You'll log tenant requests, work orders and loading dock bookings through the building portal, and liaise with building management, cleaning, security and contractors until issues are closed out
• You'll keep the lobby and the concierge desk presented to standard, and give building tours to new tenants and their guests
• You'll support building events and activations, so tenants know what's on and feel part of the community in the building

About You

You bring:

• Front-of-house experience in a premium environment. Hotel concierge or premium hospitality experience is highly regarded
• A genuine passion for customer service, and the warmth to build real relationships with the people who work in the building
• Energy and initiative: you spot what needs doing and get to it before anyone asks
• Confidence and discretion with high-profile tenants, their guests and busy professionals
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Intermediate MS Office, and enough comfort with building portals and visitor systems to sort out the small problems yourself
• First aid and emergency warden accreditation, or willingness to be trained. We provide the training
• Flexibility to pick up casual shifts as they come up
