Wayfarers Cafe & Bar at Aiden Darling Harbour is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Sydney's Darling Harbour.

As a Commis Chef, you will assist with food preparation, plating and service across our café and bar menu, work with senior chefs to uphold high standards of food safety, presentation and consistency, and be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working as a chef.
• Genuine passion for menu creation.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and with self-motivation.
• Solid prep skills and the ability to stay organised ahead of service.
• Confidence to run a kitchen on your own during a shift.
• Flexible, reliable and positive working attitude.
• Ambition to grow and build a long-term career in hospitality.
