Accor are recruiting a Commis Chef at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, located in Circular Quay, Sydney. You will work under experienced chefs, showcasing your passion for food and strong teamwork to deliverDish creations that meet premium standards.

The role requires culinary training, appropriate certifications, and a willingness to work across flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and relevant employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and a safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor.
• Ambition, raw talent and a passion for food.
• Open to feedback and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food presented to guests meets property standards and is served promptly with high quality and presentation.
• Adhere to health, safety, and compliance regulations with HACCP knowledge.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in preparing items.
• Receive training and guidance from senior chefs.
• Handle a range of kitchen tasks from dishwashing to cooking.
