Don’t be defined by the size of your workplace. It’s what you do with it that counts!
We may be small, but we are mighty: mighty flexible, mighty passionate, mighty approachable, and mighty popular with guests.
We are Aiden Darling Harbour, one of Sydney’s most unique, boutique, compact hotels, opened in January 2022. We’re a hotel designed for travellers by travellers, run by a small team of individuals who love to travel, talk and share their worldly experiences with our worldly guests. At the 2023 HM Awards, we scooped up Highly Commended for Best Boutique Hotel in Australia thanks to all our team members.
We operate with a small business mindset but big ideas. Our team is a tight-knit, supportive unit of hands-on individuals. We are chatty, creative thinkers, who love working together and also autonomously. We embrace the uniqueness of our people. Here, you can be yourself. You do you.
