Job summary

Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) in Warrnambool, VIC seeks a Casual/Temporary Caravan Park Attendant to support front-of-house reception, cleaning and grounds maintenance across our caravan park sites.

The role involves weekend work and public holidays when required, with duties spanning guest information, bookings through RMS, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming park environment for visitors and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning or caravan parks preferred.
• Experience in safe manual handling and use of chemicals is preferred.
• RMS booking software experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face customer liaison at the Parks, including information, complaints, cash handling and requests.
• Handle customer correspondence via email and phone.
• Receive and make booking reservations using RMS (phone, email, online and in person).
• Notify management of issues to ensure timely information transfer.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks to keep amenities, cabins and grounds in good condition.
• Handle stock including rotation, lifting boxes and laundry items.
