Job summary

Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority in Warrnambool is seeking a friendly Caravan Park Attendant to deliver guest-focused service at our Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park. You will assist with bookings, check-ins, enquiries, and provide information about the local area while helping maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality or tourism.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with a wide range of people.
• A friendly, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A willingness to work across reception, cleaning, grounds and maintenance.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at reception, over the phone and via email.
• Assist guests with bookings, check-ins, enquiries and information about the local area.
• Respond to guest requests and help resolve issues to ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Process reservations using our booking systems and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain high presentation standards across park facilities, amenities and accommodation.
• Undertake cleaning of cabins, amenities, kitchens and other communal areas.
• Assist with general grounds maintenance including mowing, gardening and rubbish collection.
• Complete minor maintenance and handyman-style tasks to support the safe operation of the park.
