Job summary

The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) is seeking two Caravan Park Attendants to join our Accommodation Services team across Princetown and Port Campbell Recreation Reserves. This casual, hands-on role supports day-to-day operations with guest service, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.

You’ll work across busy coastal locations, delivering high presentation standards, and collaborating with a friendly team to ensure memorable visitor experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Practical experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance, or general maintenance.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests in person, over the phone and via email.
• Assist with bookings, enquiries and reservations using our booking systems.
• Support guests throughout their stay and help resolve customer concerns.
• Clean cabins, amenities blocks, kitchens, offices and other shared facilities to a high standard.
• Maintain grounds through mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching and general landscaping.
• Undertake general maintenance and handyman tasks, including minor repairs and painting.
• Assist with rubbish removal, stock handling and maintaining park presentation.
• Collaborate with the Accommodation Services team to deliver safe, welcoming and enjoyable visitor experiences.
