Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Broome is seeking a permanent Case Work Support Officer to coordinate administrative and operational tasks across services. You will work with Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists and Case Workers to ensure accurate documentation, timely meetings, and compliance with state legislation, supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.

• Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work (or currently working towards).
• Strong administrative, organisational, and compliance capabilities.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers across our services.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including case plan, cultural plan, care team, and cohort meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared and recorded accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records and track client movement within agency systems to support real-time data integrity.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on case work documentation to ensure compliance with relevant state-based legislation, standards, and organisational requirements.
• Undertake regular audits of client files to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed practices that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
