Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker for Merredin to support young people in care, helping them feel safe and build hope for the future. You’ll work rotating rosters, including weekends and overnights, to provide structured, compassionate care.

Our team focuses on building trust, creating safe environments, and collaborating on individual care plans. Experience with youth and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Youth or similar.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts.
