Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in NSW (Bella Vista) is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to support up to six children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. You’ll lead or implement case plans, coordinate services with care teams, and monitor progress toward long‑term outcomes, all while embedding therapeutic strategies.

This role requires a Diploma in Community Services or related field, experience with children and young people, a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approach, and a current driver's licence.

Based out of our Bella Vista office, you'll work with a manageable caseload of up to six children and young people, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on building meaningful outcomes rather than simply managing numbers. Whether it’s helping a young person build independence, supporting family connections, guiding a care team or working towards a stable long‑term placement, you’ll see the impact of your work firsthand.

And you won’t be expected to do it alone. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively, access professional support and continue building your capability in therapeutic, trauma‑informed and culturally safe practice.

The role

As a Case Worker, you’ll:

In NSW, the role also includes providing supervision and support to frontline staff and House Managers.
