Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Kununurra seeks a Therapeutic Specialist to lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. You will manage a caseload, embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice, and guide Care Teams under clinical supervision.

Salary is $110,000 plus Super and Car Allowance, with Fulltime hours, 38-hour week, and some work-from-home flexibility. You will deliver hands-on therapy and contribute to positive outcomes across the service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, MH Nursing or similar.
• Proven experience in therapeutic/OOHC settings.
• Current AHPRA or relevant registration; NDIS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and set intervention plans.
• Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support.
• Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice.
• Manage risk, compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and courts.
