Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Kununurra is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. You will manage a caseload, embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice, and guide Care Teams to achieve case goals under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, MH Nursing or similar.
• Current AHPRA or relevant registration.
• NDIS and disability pathway knowledge.

Hours: Fulltime, 38-hour week, Monday - Friday, some WFH
Salary: $110,000 plus Super and Car Allowance

About the role

Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams, drive case goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.
