Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Kununurra is hiring a permanent Case Worker to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. The role uses therapeutic case management, frontline coaching and collaborative care planning to foster safety, connection and thriving outcomes.

We value trauma-informed care and offer salary packaging, a base hourly rate of $46.70, and a Remote Living Allowance up to $20,000 p.a. You’ll join a supportive team focused on meaningful, positive futures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or related field.
• Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.
• Strong documentation, organisational and compliance capabilities.
• Current driver's licence and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review case plans to achieve therapeutic, cultural and individual goals.
• Coach and support frontline staff to embed therapeutic strategies in daily care.
• Engage with families, carers and external agencies for aligned outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Promote safe, nurturing, culturally respectful environments for children and young people.
• Support delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices.
