Mondiale VGL Pty is seeking an experienced Cartage Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate transport deliveries through strong carrier and customer relationships and exceptional service.

You will manage shipping schedules, communicate effectively, and ensure compliance across streams while contributing to cost efficiencies and sustainable margins within a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within logistics or transport.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation in a high-paced setting.
• Confident, professional communicator with proven customer service skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Positive, collaborative team player with a can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails or phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Use in-house system OneTrack and other systems to complete jobs.
• Handle a portfolio of clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Organise and follow all inbound/outbound shipments to ensure prompt delivery.
• Schedule in line with Mondiale VGL Fleet requirements.
• Monitor and follow up empty container status and update accounts with correct delivery details.
• Resolve issues and communicate delays to relevant departments/customers.
• Monitor DAWR containers and stay aware of customs compliance updates.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
