Responsibilities

Be the voice of the client: build long‑term relationships through regular communication and collaboration
Deliver seamless logistics solutions: track, manage, and coordinate shipments using OneTrack Dashboard
Drive efficiency and accuracy: maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports
Empower new partnerships: set up new accounts and assist with onboarding
Champion continuous improvement: identify processes to streamline and share insights with Sales/Account Management
Collaborate with excellence: work with onshore and offshore teams to support a high‑performing culture
