Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client and build long-term relationships.
• Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using OneTrack Dashboard.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports for accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding of partners.
• Identify process improvements and share insights with Sales/Accounts.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support operations.
