Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a dedicated front-line coordinator to join our Sydney Olympic Park head office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on rostering, client relations, and delivering compassionate support within our care team.

You will collaborate with clients, carers and Case Managers to achieve care goals and assist with NDIS and aged care coordination, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliant operations at a growing provider.

Qualifications

• High level of organisational skills.
• Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly.
• Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered.
• Build relationships with clients and families, delivering high-quality, customer-focused support.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent shift changes.
• Work closely with clients, carers, and Case Managers to help achieve care goals.
• Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery, budget reviews, and compliance.
• Coordinate client-related services and resources, including maintenance and clinical products.
• Contribute to smooth office operations, including stakeholder communication and record management.
