Job summary

My Guardian is a leading aged and disability care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred support from our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office. We are seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to manage client relationships, coordinate rostering, and respond to inquiries to ensure high-quality care.

In this role you will support NDIS and aged care program delivery, manage budgets and service delivery, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• High level of organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly.
• Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and families, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.
• Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling per SCHADS Award to ensure all shifts are effectively covered and services run smoothly.
• Triage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery and budget reviews.
• Coordinate client-related services and resources, including maintenance and clinical products.
• Support smooth office operations, including stakeholder communication and record management.
