Australian Unity is seeking a Care Partner Support Officer to coordinate workflows, handle customer inquiries, and perform operational administration. This role supports Care Partners, Clinical Care Partners and Team Leaders to ensure timely service delivery and positive customer outcomes across multiple neighbourhoods.

Based in Grafton, Tweed Heads or Maclean with flexible hours and a hybrid work model; remuneration is Level 3 under the Care Administration Enterprise Agreement at $40.38 per

Qualifications

• Experience delivering administrative support and coordinating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support customer requests and administrative enquiries.
• Coordinate workflow activities across the Care Partnering team.
• Assist with customer reviews, reassessments, referrals, and mobilisations.
• Support Care Partners and Clinical Care Partners via workflow coordination.
• Monitor workflow queues and escalate risks or overdue actions.
• Maintain accurate customer records across systems.
• Coordinate actions with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support quality, compliance, and governance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
