Australian Unity is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Care Partner Support Officer to support delivery of high-quality customer outcomes through effective workflow coordination, customer support, and administrative activities.

This permanent full-time role based in Penrith NSW offers flexibility with a hybrid work model and collaboration across Care Partnering, Service Delivery, Scheduling and Customer Support to enable timely access to services.

Qualifikationen

• Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Penrith NSW.
• Flexible work hours: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri.
• Remuneration under the Care Administration Enterprise Agreement at Level 3, with an hourly rate of $40.38 per hour, plus superannuation.
• Hybrid work model offering collabotative office days and work from home opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Support customer requests and administrative enquiries.
• Coordinate workflow activities across the Care Partnering team.
• Assist with customer reviews, reassessments, referrals, and service mobilisation activities.
• Support Care Partners and Clinical Care Partners through effective workflow coordination and follow-up activities.
• Monitor workflow queues and escape risks, overdue actions, or customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation across systems.
• Coordinate actions with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support quality, compliance, and governance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and new ways of working.
