Bupa Clayton care home is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to oversee rostering and payroll, support staff onboarding, and assist with front‑of‑house reception. You’ll work with the General Manager to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering and payroll administration.
• Ability to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong front‑of‑house reception and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the care home employee experience.
• Administer rosters in accordance with EA, budgets and workforce guidelines.
• Participate in recruitment to onboard new staff.
• Actively manage employee leave.
• Process payroll, reconciliations, and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Deliver receptionist duties and a customer‑centric experience for residents, staff, visitors and suppliers.
• Provide administrative support, including document management, mail, security and reporting.
• Manage petty cash, receipts and banking; use purchase‑to‑pay systems.
• Support leadership with initiatives and community events; lead continuous improvement.
