Job summary

Bupa Runaway Bay is seeking a friendly Business Administrator, also known as a Customer Service Consultant, to support our care home operations alongside the General Manager and fellow CSC. You will handle a range of admin tasks, payroll, onboarding and rostering in collaboration with the Employee Services portfolio.

In this role you will be the welcoming face for residents, families and staff, delivering high-quality customer service and helping ensure smooth daily operations while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be patient and supportive in a care home environment.
• Strong communication and diplomacy when dealing with families and residents.
• Proficient in MS Office and admin tasks.
• Experience in rosters, payroll and HR activities is desirable.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Services and Resident Placement duties.
• Greet and assist residents, families and staff at reception.
• Administer rostering, payroll, onboarding and induction for new starters.
• Contribute to a smooth, well-organised care home operation.
