Job summary

Bupa ANZ is seeking a Customer Service Consultant – Rostering & Payroll to join our Mildura care home. You’ll collaborate with the team to welcome new staff, maintain compliance, and keep rostering and payroll on track while also performing front‑of‑house receptionist duties in a warm, professional manner.

Based in Mildura, you will work closely with the General Manager and other CSCs to support employee experience, payroll processing, and records management, contributing to a positive resident

Qualifications

• Support and oversee the care home employee experience.
• Administer rosters in accordance with EA, budgets and workforce guidelines.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage employee leave and payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver receptionist duties with a customer-centric approach for residents, staff, visitors and suppliers.
• Provide administrative support: document management, mail, security and reporting.
• Handle financial transactions including petty cash, receipts and banking.
• Use the purchase-to-pay system to adhere to the administrative budget.
• Support the Care Home leadership team with initiatives and events.
• Lead continuous improvement by acting on feedback from residents and employees.
